I wanted to thank SunButter® for sponsoring this SunButter S’mores Milkshake post! As always, all opinions and ideas are 100% my own.

All those delicious classic toasty s’mores flavors + sunbutter come together to make the ultimate summer milkshake! This creamy, chocolatey s’mores milkshake is filled with toasted marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, a dollop of chocolate SunButter, and of course a generous helping of chocolate and vanilla ice cream!

WHAT IS CHOCOLATE SUNBUTTER?

SunButter, for those who have never heard of it or had the pleasure of trying it, is a seed-butter spread that is made from sunflower seeds! SunButter is an excellent alternative to nut-butters for any one with allergies, sensitivities, or looking to incorporate a delicious, but healthier alternative to most nut-butters! It has 7g of protein per serving, is jam-packed with vitamins & minerals, and has absolutely no trans-fat and actually has less saturated fat than your typical almond butter!

Chocolate SunButter is an excellent nut-free alternative to that well-known chocolate hazelnut spread! It is chocolatey, thick, and creamy in flavor! It is slightly less sweet than your traditional chocolate hazelnut spread, making it super versatile!

Ingredients You’ll Need for the S’mores Milkshake

Chocolate SunButter: The chocolate SunButter adds a delicious nutty flavor to the s’mores milkshake!

Marshmallows: How could you possibly have a s’mores milkshake without marshmallows!? For this milkshake were going to place the marshmallows on a wooden skewer and then torch them a bit to get that nice toasted, smoky flavor!

Graham Crackers: Graham crackers are a definite must in this milkshake! Using the classic sheets of graham crackers is what I used!

Milk: I like to use whole milk! You can also use 2% or even light cream if you wanted it extra creamy. Just avoid skim!

Ice Cream: I used both vanilla and chocolate in this milkshake! Chocolate because, duh, s’mores. Vanilla because I found it helped to round out the flavors and slightly enhance the marshmallow!

How to make the SunButter S’mores Milkshake

1. Toast the marshmallows: Place the marshmallows onto a wooden skewer. Using a kitchen torch, carefully toast the marshmallows until slightly charred.

2. Add everything into the blender: Add the toasted marshmallows, along with all the other ingredients, into a blender.

3. Blend and serve: Blend the milkshake until very smooth. Pour the milkshake into chilled serving glasses! I actually like to pour the s’mores milkshake over a sieve, to remove any lumps or large pieces, ensuring a smooth milkshake!
