Passion Fruit and Gin Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Gin
  • 2 oz Passion Fruit Concentrated Drink Mix, (is using juice use 3-4 oz)
  • 5-6 drops of Lemon Bitters
  • Soda Water, for topping
  • 1/2 Passion Fruit Pulp, to garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a 16oz highball glass with ice, then add gin, passion fruit concentrated drink mix and lemon bitters. Top with soda water and stir to combine.
  • Optionally, cut a passion fruit in half, and scoop the interior out with a spoon. Lightly place the passionfruit pulp onto the top of the cocktail. Serve immediately.
