These easy to make and super satisfying burrito bowls feature grilled tequila lime chicken, a homemade chipotle burrito sauce, and all the other must-haves for burrito bowls!
Add all ingredients to a large Ziploc bag. Let sit for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Place onto well-oiled grill. Grill each side for about 8-10 minutes, or until cooked throughout. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing up.
Chipotle Burrito Sauce
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Tequila Lime Grilled Chicken Burrito Bowls
To make 4 burrito bowls: add ¼ of each ingredient to each bowl. Top with the burrito sauce, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve immediately or store in airtight containers for meal prepping.
