Apricot and Mint Bourbon Smash

Apricot nectar, fizzy club soda, fragrant fresh mint, and bourbon come together to form a summertime cocktail that is fruity and fizzy, with a touch of warm spice!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Sprinkling of Sugar, for muddling
  • 1 ½ oz Bourbon
  • 4 oz Apricot Nectar
  • Soda Water, to top
  • Mint, to garnish

Instructions

  • In a highball glass, add mint leaves and sugar to the bottom and muddle together. Fill the glass with ice, and add in bourbon and apricot nectar. Top with soda to fill the glass, then stir to combine. Garnish with mint by slapping the mint between your palms, to release essential oils, then place on top of the cocktail.
